    Josh

With over 8 years of experience in personal training, I bring a results-driven approach rooted in both education and real athletic performance. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education, which has equipped me with a deep understanding of human movement, exercise science, and performance development. My specialties include strength and conditioning, speed and agility training, and overall athletic performance enhancement.

With a football background spanning over 20 years, including one year at the professional arena level, I understand firsthand the discipline, consistency, and training required to compete at a high level. I apply that same mindset when working with clients, whether they are athletes looking to elevate their game or individuals focused on improving strength, conditioning, and overall fitness.

  • Nick

Nick is a powerlifting coach originally from North Charleston, SC, but his passion and influence echoes across the Southeast. After nearly 10 years in the sport powerlifting and 5 years coaching, he understands that everyone deserves an opportunity at a happier, healthier life through the avenue of strength training.

Nick’s philosophy towards training of any kind is supported by three pillars: communication, honesty, and flexibility. A strong coach prides themselves on their ability to meet their client where they are, ensuring realistic expectations and promoting long-term progress.

  • Everett

My name is Everett. I am originally from Raleigh, North Carolina, and I am currently attending Christ the King High School as a senior. I was a baseball player for ten years, winning seven championships during this time, but now I have switched to focusing on golf for the last four years of my life. I have been training at Olympus since late July of 2025, and I have now become an employee as of early August of 2026. This gym is owned by an amazing family that gives a welcoming feeling to all people who are looking to build confidence, muscle, and discipline. I've experienced all of this personally through my first year of working out and now through working at this gym. Being able to exercise here has helped me work on myself, and I can easily say it is one of my favorite things to do.

  • David

David is a highly experienced competitive powerlifter with more than a decade in the sport, including an appearance on the prestigious USA Powerlifting Carolina Primetime platform. A longtime Olympus member and father of two boys, he brings extensive knowledge, hard-earned experience, and a genuine passion for strength training to the Olympus LKN team.

Although his imposing presence may suggest otherwise, David is a true “big teddy bear”- approachable, generous, and always willing to lend a hand. Whether keeping someone safe with a spot, offering a helpful cue, or sharing advice with members and guests, he consistently puts others first. Inside and outside the gym, David is someone you can depend on, and we are honored to welcome him officially into the Olympus LKN team and family.

  • Brandon

I am a recent Exercise Science graduate with a passion for powerlifting and problem-solving.

As I aim to work as an athletic trainer and compete at a high level in powerlifting, I have a strong desire to help others achieve their goals in health and fitness.

Outside the gym, I love spending my off time playing sports, recreational games, and thrifting for a new wardrobe.

If you have any questions about health/fitness or want to know more about me, feel free to say hi!
